Maintenance Requests
Please submit Work Requests in the ARCHIBUS system.
Maintenance Requests include repair and maintenance to buildings and building systems, exterior areas, as well as event setups, custodial services, and general maintenance concerns.
Work requests may also be phoned in 24-7 to our One Call Number, which is:(865) 946-7777.
Construction Requests
To request a Cost Estimate for a Construction Project please click here to fill out the Estimate Request Form , then email the completed form to UTFSProj@listserv.utk.edu. Additionally, you may request an estimate through Archibus by submitting a Work Request in which you choose “PROJECTS” as the Type of Request and “!NEW INSTALLATION/RENOVATION: [ESTIMATE REQUIRED]” as the Request Detail.
To request a Construction Project for which you do not desire to receive a Cost Estimate, please submit a Work Request in the ARCHIBUS system and be sure to choose “PROJECTS” as the type of request on the Work Request form, then choose “!NEW INSTALLATION/RENOVATION: [NO ESTIMATE REQUIRED]” as the request detail. Your request will route to your financial approver. Once approved, it will then route to Facilities Services for processing.
