Renovation of the former McMillians, Dynasty Express and Rocky Top retail space of approximately 17,000 square feet located at Cumberland and 17th St. The space will house three Aramark food venders, mercantile space, public seating and common restroom facilities plus accessory spaces as required for utility and maintenance services. Panda Express and Raising Cane’s will occupy two vendor spaces and a future vendor is to be determined. The University of Tennessee Bookstore will occupy the old McMillians space which will have two stories for retail sales and be open to the Aramark area.
