ARCHIVAL SERVICES
The archiving of construction drawings, specifications, manuals, as-builts, and other closeout materials is a core component of the Space Management Team. We develop, maintain, and assist in the implementation of document management standards, document tagging and organization, and the refinement of contract language and procedures to improve the quality of Facility Records. These archived records include both current and retired buildings. Building and utility information is available to University administration, faculty, staff, and students, as well as outside contractors and design consultants upon request.
