The Space Management Team is responsible for the creation, collection, maintenance, and management of all digital information that relates to the University’s physical environments, assets, and archival documentation.
What We Do:
- Space planning relating to departmental relocations
- Support the Space Committee & Campus Planning priorities
- Maintain and develop floor plans for all university buildings
- Provide room numbering services for all university projects
- Expand the use of Building Information Models (BIM) to include existing buildings and new construction
- Maintain an enterprise GIS and provide cartographic support to stakeholders on campus
- Maintain an archive of construction drawings for all buildings on campus
These areas of responsibility are conducted within four units:
