Human Resources, Material Procurement/Receiving and Warehousing, and Admin Support. These primary areas of responsibilities are conducted within three offices.

Administrative Support Office
The Administrative Support Office is responsible for providing general office support assistance to Facilities Services Department Units. This support assistance includes: office supply ordering, travel request and expense entries, payroll verification, mail distribution, office phone answering and other general office support functions.
